Printing, there are several ways to apply printing on EVA foam material. The most widely adopted method is silk screen printing. This is also the cheapest and fastest way to print simple logo or symbols on EVA foam. Due to the limitation of printing process, only one color can be printed on EVA foam in every single pass, multi colors need multi passes on same piece of EVA foam.

For more complicated designs with color pictures, heat transfer printing is adopted. However, this method is expensive and needs large production quantity due to the huge minimum order quantity of heat transfer films.
